Airport ticketing is not permitted. Reward tickets for travel on Air Jamaica or partner airline issued less than 7 days priorto departure date will be subject to a rush processing fee. Chairman's club members may access rush service at no extra cost. Third-party rewardrequests must be accompanied by a signed copy of this form along with the 7th Heaven member's valid ID.
