Charmaine Heslop DaCosta joined Air Jamaica effective February 6, 2006 in the capacity of Vice President, Human Resources. She came to Air Jamaica directly from the Airports Authority of Jamaica where she was employed since 1997 as the Vice President, Human Resource Development.

Mrs. DaCosta’s professional career spans over 21 years, all of which have been spent in Human Resource related areas. After graduating from the University of Western, Ontario, Canada with a degree in Psychology, she attained a Masters degree in Psychology and Human Resource Development at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.
