The exercise to align the Caribbean Miles and 7th Heaven Rewards programmes will continue over the next few months. As soon as all required changes have been completed and the required infra-structure implemented, a communication update will be relayed to all members.

Customer Service Tip

In order to have frequent flyer miles automatically credited to your account, the name on the account must match the name on your travel documents exactly. Be sure to advise the Miles Service Centre when you have had a change in name.
