RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:  Fares applicable for travel in Lovebird Economy class based on round-trip purchase between points in the USA and Montego Bay.  Valid for travel between September 6, 2009 and December 10, 2009.  All travel must be completed on/before December 10, 2009.  Applicable Blackout dates from USA to Montego Bay from November 20, 2009 to November 22, 2009 and from Montego Bay to the USA from November 28, 2009 to November 30, 2009.  Maximum length of Stay 30 days.  Stopovers are not permitted.  End on combinations permitted provided travel is via the point of combination.  Fares sold in combination must be shown separately.  Fares may be combined on a half round trip basis with other Air Jamaica fares to from SOJ, RT, CT provided that they are not combined with Joint Fares and fares within the Caribbean.  When combined the most restrictive conditions, including, advance purchase requirement, change penalties, non-refundable clauses, applies to the entire journey.  Reservations are required for all sectors at least 3 days before departure. Wait listing not permitted.  Ticketing must be completed within 1 day after reservations are made or 3 days before departure, whichever is earlier.  All ticketing must be completed on/before July 14, 2009.  For reservation/ticketing made at any Air Jamaica ticketing outlet, Air Jamaica will assess a USD20.00 ticketing fee.  Air Jamaica ticketing fee is not applicable to bookings made via airjamaica.com.  Air Jamaica will limit the number of passengers on any one flight and such fares may not be available on all flights.  Changes are permitted anytime for a charge of USD150.00 for reissue/revalidation.  Waived for schedule change/death of passenger or companion traveling together.  Changes to reservations are permitted on/prior to the ticketed departure time of each flight at a charge of USD150.00 provided the new itinerary meets all the provisions of the fare purchased i.e. advance purchase requirements and the relevant booking code is available.  If ticketed flight is not cancelled prior to ticketed departure time ticket has no value.  Partially used tickets may be rescheduled for up to one year from the first date of travel and the value of the unused ticket to be used towards a new ticket provided the ticketed flight is cancelled prior to the ticketed departure time.  Downgrading is not permitted. Replacement fares for unflown fare components must be of equal or higher value/booking class and fare type than the original ticketed fare.  Upgrade to the next higher applicable fare except apex is permitted at a charge of USD150.00.  In the event the upgraded ticket is subsequently cancelled the non-refundable amount will remain non-refundable.  Cancellations permitted anytime ticket is non-refundable in case of cancel/no-show/refund.  Waived for schedule change/death of passenger or companion traveling together.  Ticket has no value unless ticketed flights are cancelled prior to ticketed departure time.  Discounts applicable for accompanied infants under 2 years without a seat – free, accompanied infants with a seat and children 2-11 years pay the applicable adult fare, agents, Seaman, Senior Citizens discounts not permitted.  “Q” Surcharge: Nil.  All other applicable taxes must be collected and shown on tickets.
