Airport Check-In

Travel Advisory:
Increased airport security screening from any NON-US locations into the United States.
For all flights departing from any NON-U.S. locations into the United States, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued new security screening measures. This measure is in addition to the normal screening that all passengers must complete to enter secured areas.

All passengers should plan to arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours in advance of their flight departure to allow extra time for check-in and the boarding process.

When can I check-in for my flight?
We recommend 3 hours before departure time. Reservations may be canceled when passengers present themselves at the check-in counter less than 60 minutes prior to departure.

What do I do if I cannot make my flight?
We realize that in some instances, your travel plans change and you need to change your flight. If this occurs, please call Air Jamaica reservations (Jamaica 1-888-FLY-AIRJ, North America and Caribbean 1-800-523-5585) before your scheduled flight departs.

Please note that if you do not cancel your reservation ahead of time, your reservation will cancel, and all of your remaining flights on your itinerary will be subsequently canceled.
