Air Jamaica closes Brooklyn ticket office in New York

NEW YORK, May 5, 2010—Air Jamaica’s New York Ticket Office is now closed.  Ticketing services will now be available to passengers as follows:

  • AirJamaica.com - Credit card ticket purchases with no ticketing fees
  • Reservations Centre -Credit card ticket purchases (800) 523-5585
  • JFK Airport - 
    • Cash and credit card ticket purchases
    • Authorized 7th Heaven ticket redemptions
    • Tickets requiring an exchange of coupon or payment by voucher

The hours for these ticketing channels are:

  • AirJamaica.com: 7 days - 24 hours
  • Reservations Center: 7 days - 6:00am to 12:00 midnight EST
  • JFK lnt’l Airport: 7 days - 3:30am to 2:30pm

“Most airline tickets are now purchased at AirJamaica.com or through travel agencies, and it makes sense to incorporate these functions into our Reservations and Airport offices,” said Bruce Nobles, Air Jamaica’s President and CEO.
 
Air Jamaica’s lowest fares are available for purchase at anytime, and without ticketing fees, at www.AirJamaica.com.
