RESERVATIONS & TICKETING
Reservations for all sectors must be confirmed before departure. Wait listing not permitted. Reservations and ticketing must be completed at the same time. Booking Codes “G” Connections between KIN and MBJ, bookings code “Y” for economy class. JM will limit the number of passengers on any one flight and such fares may not be available on all flights.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Tickets are non-refundable
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Changes to reservations are permitted on/prior to the ticketed departure date of each flight at a charge of USD150.00 provided the new itinerary meets all the provisions of the fare purchased i.e. travel date restriction, booking class.
UPGRADES
At Anytime. Tickets may be upgraded to a higher fare level at a charge of USD150.00 plus the difference in fare amount. If the upgraded ticket is subsequently cancelled the non-refundable amount will remain non-refundable.
DISCOUNTS
Accompanied infants under 2 years without a seat - free. Children, Agents, Seaman, Senior Citizens discounts not permitted.
OTHER CONDITIONS
“Q” surcharge not applicable. All other applicable taxes apply.
