Submit the number of Travel Vouchers and Upgrade to Executive Business Class from the class of service as shown below:
- Deluxe Economy Class requires 12 Travel Vouchers plus 2 Upgrade to Executive Business Class vouchers per person for roundtrip travel.
- Executive Business Class requires 16 Travel Vouchers plus 4 Upgrade to Executive Business Class vouchers per person for roundtrip travel.
North America and the Caribbean
- Submit one Upgrade to Executive Business Class voucher in conjunction with number of Travel Vouchers for an economy ticket on a given route in exchange for a one way Executive Business Class ticket between Jamaica and any Air Jamaica destination in North America or the Caribbean.
- Two Upgrade to Executive Business Class vouchers are required for roundtrip travel on these routes.
Upgrade to Executive Business Class Vouchers should be presented at the time of original ticket issuance and will also be accepted at the airport ticket counter. Travel Vouchers may also be used for upgrades to Deluxe Economy and Executive Business Class. In addition to the number of Travel Vouchers required for Economy Class, two (2) additional Travel Vouchers are required for roundtrip upgrades to Executive Business Class on all flights except Los Angeles and London. On Los Angeles flights, four (4) additional Travel Vouchers are required. On London flights, eight (8) additional Travel Vouchers are required for Deluxe Economy or ten (10) additional Travel Vouchers are required for Executive Business Class.
Lovebird Value Voucher booklets are available from any Air Jamaica Ticket Office or participating travel agent, while supplies last, booklets are limited and may not be available when requested. The cost of the booklets are subject to change without notice.
Conditions
- Air Jamaica Travel Vouchers must be exchanged for roundtrip tickets on Air Jamaica
- Tickets must be issued within 14 days of reservation.
- Valid on Air Jamaica flights only. Not valid on code share flights operated by other airlines.
- There are no advance purchase requirements.
- There are no black out dates.
- All change penalties are waived.
- Travel Voucher value includes applicable government taxes and fees.
- 7th Heaven members receive credits for trips taken.
- Travel Vouchers must be exchanged for an electronic ticket at an Air Jamaica ticket office or a travel agency.
- Reservations are required and will be made in the lowest available booking class.
- Vouchers are transferable.
- Tickets issued in exchange for these Travel Vouchers are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-transferable.
- Travel Vouchers should be used in numeric sequence where possible.
- Air Jamaica is not responsible for any vouchers or tickets issued in exchange which are lost or stolen.
