Your account is established by using the following information:
First Name, Last Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, Security Question (For lost PIN) as well as the following supplemental information: Middle Initial, Date of Birth, and Occupation.
Only the member may accrue rewards credits in the account.
Name on the account should match the name on travel documents and/or MasterCard®.
Members may not transfer rewards miles between accounts.
Children under two years of age are not eligible.
Members are permitted only one account.
Companies, partnerships and any other groups or entities may not enroll as participants in the 7th Heaven Rewards programme
Account information will only be released after disclosing the account’s PIN and successfully answering the security question to validate the member’s identity.
A member may terminate his or her membership at any time by giving notice in writing and returning the 7th Heaven Rewards membership card to AIR JAMAICA.
PIN numbers are used to validate 7th Heaven Rewards account members.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
AIR JAMAICA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or otherwise disclosed PIN numbers.
AIR JAMAICA will not credit rewards miles withdrawn from the account when the PIN number was
provided for the withdrawal.
If the member’s PIN number is lost he or she should contact the 7th Heaven Rewards Service Centre (see back cover for location) and provide the answer to security question, or log on to www.airjamaica.com and retrieve the PIN number via e-mail.
ACCOUNT STATEMENTS
Statements are mailed quarterly to active members only.
Members who have not flown on AIR JAMAICA or a partner within the past 12 months will be deemed inactive and receive no further statements.
Members may view their account balances at www.airjamaica.com or by contacting the 7th Heaven Rewards Service Centre weekdays Monday - Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Jamaican time (except public holidays).
Members may opt to receive e-statements.
Printed statements outside of the quarterly statements are available upon request.
