Travel Rewards are available for free round-trip travel to over 200 destinations worldwide (Subject to availability)

Upgrade Rewards
A member may travel in Lovebird Executive Class with the purchase of an economy ticket, subject to availability of the seat type and the members’ miles balances.
Cabin upgrade requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance of travel date by calling the 7th Heaven Rewards Service Centre.  Any requests made less than 72 hours in advance will not be processed.

REDEEMING 7th Heaven REWARDS
Contact the AIR JAMAICA reservations centre to book all rewards travel. Members must notify the agent that they will be using 7th Heaven rewards miles for an AIR JAMAICA or partner flight.

Members should have their 7th Heaven Rewards account numbers available.  Agents will book the reservation and arrange to have the ticket issued at the nearest 7th Heaven Rewards ticket office or send an E-ticket if members furnish a credit card at the time of booking.

 E-rewards by telephone are not currently available if taxes and fees are paid for using a JMD currency credit card. These tickets must be redeemed at an Air Jamaica ticket office.

Partner airline bookings may take 48-hours or more for confirmation.

Partner rewards are subject to:
- Availability in applicable class of service
- 7th Heaven Rewards miles partner regulations, which may be changed without notice.
- The continued participation of the partner in the program.

Restricted Travel Dates:
- Blackout dates do not apply on AIR JAMAICA.
- Blackout dates apply on Virgin Atlantic Airways.
- Confirmation is subject to space availability as rewards seats are capacity controlled.

Expedited Rewards TICKET Issue
Expedite fees will be charged for travel booked less than 7 days prior to departure.
Expedite fees are payable by cash or major credit card when the rewards tickets are issued.
Expedite fees are not subject to government taxes. A rewards ticket attracts a US$40.00 charge for any changes made after the ticket is issued.
