Air Jamaica’s gift certificates
Air Jamaica’s gift certificates are the perfect gift for every occasion…graduations, weddings, anniversary, birthdays, and special holidays or to acknowledge any achievement.
They are also great incentives to reward or motivate employees.
Purchase:
Air Jamaica’s gift certificates starts at US/CAD $50 and are available in $50 increments
Gift certificates may be purchased at any Air Jamaica sales office and used towards airfare, taxes and airport Executive Class upgrades
At the time of purchase, a gift certificate voucher will be issued. This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and is non-transferable.
Redemption:
Whenever you are ready to redeem your gift certificate voucher, simply present it to an agent at any Air Jamaica sales office in exchange for an electronic ticket or as payment for taxes. For Executive Class upgrade at the airport, gift certificate vouchers should be presented at check-in.
Gift certificate voucher may be exchanged for paper ticket. However, the normal cost for paper ticket will apply.
Gift certificate vouchers may not be converted to cash.
Refunds:
Unused gift certificate vouchers are refundable within the year of validity, in the currency of payment.
A service charge of US/CAD$50 or the equivalent applies to each gift certificate voucher
Gift certificates vouchers are not refundable after one year from the date of issue.
Refunds will be payable to the purchaser
Lost Gift Certificates:
Lost or stolen gift certificate vouchers will not be replaced.
